Lullaby Rentals was founded by Shannon and Warren Amos — a couple who moved to the beautiful Emerald Coast from Tennessee in 2005.
In 2017, Shannon and Warren started to buy, flip, and sell homes in the Florida Panhandle. However, they quickly realized that something was missing — the people! Now, they “flip” townhomes, condos, and other properties along the Emerald Coast to be used as vacation rentals.
Shannon and Warren love that Lullaby Rentals allow other travelers to enjoy the beauty they experience daily along the Emerald Coast — while enjoying all the cozy comforts of home in their beautiful rentals.
